If you are curious about e cigarettes, this is the place. John in Highland Park was a great tour guide. In a short amount of time, i had tried about ten different flavors and John was very patient with my steady stream of questions. It felt more like hanging out with a new friend than being in a store. I walked out of there with 2 starter systems (for me and my wife), a whole lot of newfound knowledge, and a big smile. We have not smoked a real (traditional? analog?) cigarette since my first visit and I like going back for fluids and great conversation. Stop reading this, get in your car and go there now!

After smoking analogs for 15+ years I decided to try electronic cigarettes. I started buying disposable cigarettes from 7 eleven and the local gas stations, but at $8 each it became a bit pricey since they were only lasting me a day. I went online and found http://e-cigarette-forum… where i spent countless hours reading up on reviews and recommendations. With so many options available it was a bit overwhelming at first trying to find the right e-cigarette.
I finally ordered a basic starter kit with disposable cartridges/cartomizers which I was pretty happy with until I started running out of cartomizers and I had to place another order, pay shipping and wait a few days for my refills. I wanted to try e liquid but I wasn't sure what kind of tank or atomizer would work with my battery.
I ran out of cartomizers today and went online looking for local smoke shops that might carry cartomizers and to my surprise I found this place on yelp!
Thank you VAPE On!
I can't say enough about their exceptional customer service, in the short period of time that I was there I learned more about vaping than I had over the last month on the forums. I had never tried the liquids so I got to try different flavors using various devices and atomizers. Their prices are very competitive compared to online prices minus shipping cost and having to wait days for delivery.
I went in this evening looking to just buy a few cartomizers but instead I walked out with a brand new eGo-T kit and some liquids!

Just left vape on and let me say that Ray really knows his stuff! Great customer service and great prices! I mean really great prices for good juices. His 10ml house juices are $6.50 compared to other vape stores' $10+. I walked away with kiwi, orange creamsicle, and pink lemonade, all made in-house. Will be coming back here more often!

I went here after trying to find something better than my crappy Blu Starter Pack. The shop is pretty compact and gets the job done. One of the guys there greeted me and helped me figure out what would suit my needs. He answered any questions or concerns I had and helped me to wrap my head around the way personal vaporizers work.
He was even nice enough to let me sample any juice flavors that I desired. Not only that but he ended up filling my Kanger T2 clearomizer halfway with Juicy Peach for free. I ended up buying an eGo 650mAH battery, with two Kanger T2 clearomizers, a charging usb cable/wallplug, and two bottles of juice. The total price wasn't all that bad.
The service wasn't pushy or forceful, and to be honest, with somebody upgrading from a cig-sized ecig; the products pretty much sell themselves. I'm now happily vaping away and plan to return soon.

Ray is awesome! He'll help you out on everything you need! His wife and kids are adorable as well! They treat their customers like long time friends, and they always manage to memorize each of their customers names ( amazing ! )
My bf loves coming here, as he recently quit ciggs and started vaping! They offer lots of flavors which you are welcome to sample as many as you want! Great little spot and i wish them nothing but success!

Electronic cigarette stores are few and far between. Before I discovered vape-on I purchased from smoke shops and online. Smoke shops had limited selection and online stores do not provide personal knowledge. Ray's store is small but he is expanding to a larger property in the same plaza. He has great personal knowledge and will explain to you the benefits of vaping and also the variety of products he has on hand. He has a good selection of e-liquids and will allow you to sample them before you purchase. Best of all it's nice to have a local store so when you have problems with your device, Ray will help you with them. Today I purchased the CE5 atomizer for my ego, I am getting way bigger hits then my old atomizer and Ray explained that I can save money by replacing the atomizer in this new unit instead of replacing the whole tank.

Visiting California from Hawaii... Looked every where for a good vape shop. Vape On has thee best flavors in "voo doo" liquid and vaporizing products. So So Awesome! So happy with customer service and products. When I get back home I am definitely making an order to ship back to Hawaii. Thank you Vape On!

This plase is great! I was down to 2ml of juice left and my online order was lagging.. I knew I wouldnt last the weekend with this much juice so I searched for 'ecig' on Yelp.. To my surprise I found this spot which is only 4 miles from where I work. Called the guy and made my way over there. Place is real clean and has all the necessary things a Vapor needs.. Joye Batteries of all sorts, Atty's, Carty's and eJUICE!.. They have a great selection of juices to try out before you buy. The guy Ray who works there was very helpful and friendly. Anyways, so I bought some eJuice and a dual coil carty for my Egot-T and it works perfect. Great throat hit and smoke!
I've been smoke free for a year now and won't ever go back as long as places like these are in business. Had a great experience and will be coming here at least 3-4 times a month for Juice and Carty's. Thanks!

Theres another vapor shop on the westside called The Vapor Spot. But Vape On has much better prices. They have everything one would need and the owner lets you sample anything and will patiently answer any questions. Excellent customer service and prices that are as good as the internet!

There are too many gas stations and liquor stores selling these ecigs without any knowledge of how they really work. I bought them from these places because they were cheaper then buying on-line and paying for shipping. I thought that these places were my only choice available if I wanted to see it before I bought it. But I was left with always having to buy the complete kit again from another gas station because my old batteries only fit the one brand. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY and they taste nasty.
I met Ray who opened up the store a few months ago and he introduced me to his abundant inventory of E-Cigs, kits, replacement parts and Liquids. He has high quality parts that cost less then the cheap gas station versions. I had no idea what all was available. He also explained why some liquids hurt my throat and others don't. He let me sample the different flavors and battery strengths and carbonizers and he guarantees his items. He is an avid vaper so he knows his stuff, he is really sweet and has an idea of what one expects from the product.
I urge you to try this place at least once if your a smoker and thinking about quitting...or not thinking about quitting . Seriously this is a good way to cut down and quite or cut down and take it easy and slowly slowly learn to quite or just stop paying money to the big guys and support small businesses. I put a single ecig together for less then 15 bucks. The battery (510) is 11.00 bucks and the most expensive part of vaping but lasts for a few months which leaves your maintenance on a bottle of e- liquid and the filter (carbonizer). So a battery, lasts 3 months, the e-liquid, 5-10 bucks lasts up to 1 month, the filter/carbonizer is about 2 bucks and you will need maybe 2 or 3 in a month if that. Oh yeah, the charger is cheap but I don't know his price. I bought mine from another place for 5 bucks. So how about that price cut??? 20 bucks for lets say...a month VS. 6 dollars a day for a month?
I bought all silver batteries for my regular ecigs and my roommate has all black batteries for her menthol (now she likes the cool minty flavor and not the tobacco menthol flavor anymore) I also had to get myself a pink 510 battery. Yep, girly pink and im fine with holding a pink e-cig in public. There are lots of colors too. Next is a larger battery so it will last longer between charges and vaporize more.
There are so many choices out there for ecigs. It is so much cheaper then smoking tobacco and tar burning cigarettes. Between us two...70 bucks a week is saved. They don't leave smelly butts behind or smoke behind that smells horrible and stains your teeth. There are so many flavors to choose from, strawberry, apple, coffee, chocolate etc and they also carry marlboro and camel type eliquid juice to add into your filter/carbonizer/atonomizer. I started with the regular kind of juice so it tasted like my cigarettes. Now I hate the taste of cigarettes. Now I mix and play with all sorts of flavors.
No more stinking house and burns on the floor. (My mates disabled so she tends to drop things ) No more matches or lighters. I get all the nicotine I need and I can slowly tapper it off on my own time when I want to quite the nicotine back. The vapor satisfies my need to inhale, the 510 battery is shaped like a cig so I still get that stupid ritual safety net between my fingers lol and the nicotine satisfies my habit that I made over the years. I can't wait to lose the entire habit. Its happening as I type. Its always happening. We have to try everything we can to stop...this is the most logical and realistic avenue so far for me. Its helped my friends too.
Its steam...its water vapor...its not smoke, there is no fire burning tobacco so all is well in public places. Now my house smells like starbucks...seriously, my vapor smells like yummy coffee mixed with spices...and the house mate adds the minty part so its like minty sweet coffee deserts all around. Cuz we don't buy the cigarette tasting stuff anymore.

I read the various reviews and decided to drive out to the San Gabriel Valley to try an actual E-cig. Vape On was right on! I was able try out different E-cig models and various "juices" before purchasing a unit and juices to fill the unit.
I had spent weeks on the internet trying decide which E-cig product to buy, and, I had asked so many questions of one company, that they actually called me and advised me to look for a retailer before buying.
I am over-joyed with Vape on. Ray, the proprietor, was extremely patient, gracious and knowledgeable. Also, it's a family owned and operated business and I prefer to support "mom and pop" businesses.
I must have tried 10 different flavors, which included several tobacco blends, fruit flavors and herb flavors. I like woody tastes and chose ginseng. I also like mint and bought a mint with no nicotine content, as well as clove, a honey tobacco and a VG blend. Juices come with different percentages of nicotine, so there's enough variety for most smoker's to get the amount they need. One can also special order the amount of nicotine in any flavor. I smoke American Spirit Ultra Lights, which have 0.5 mg of nicotine. Ray did not have any juices with so small a percentage, but offered to order it for when I run out of the 18% juice.
I bought a model 510 and an E-Go. Each kit comes with 2 "cigarettes", 5 cartridges (and partridge in a pear tree), batteries and a charger. Filling the units is much easier than I had imagined and it was nice to have Ray give me an in-person demo.
The 510 is automatic and cost 58.00 (minus 15% for Vape On's grand opening, which may end today...not sure). The E-Go is manual and has a larger tank (almost twice the amount of puffs) and it cost 59.00 (also discounted 15%). Tax is included in the price of the units. I also bought a case for 11.00...not a lot to choose from in the case department, but it will do until I find something more aesthetic.
The prices are great; I may have spent 5.00 more (if that) compared to the internet, which is close to nothing when considering the personal service. I got exactly what I wanted, had actual experience to draw from that helped me to choose well and Ray gives a 3-month warranty, which is something the internet companies don't do, unless you want to pay up the wazoo. I highly recommend Vape on.
I hope this helps me quit smoking the tar laden cigarettes and I hope review this helps someone who is thinking about quitting regular tobacco.
